This will support our cultural development work and Andy will explain why, when the world is doing its worst, it’s even more important that we know how to be at our best.Similar to last year we have a slightly different approach for people booking their place, where teams will be asked to nominate colleagues (working in a variety of roles and specialisms) to represent their service areas.This approach is in response to feedback we received about some teams feeling they were under-represented in comparison to other areas. Please note, this isn’t a leadership conference, it is for colleagues working in all roles and at all levels in the Trust – there will be something for everyone, and we look forward to hearing from you all!Managers will receive an email with the number of places available to teams.
