Relaxation from Wintery Festivities!

It’s that time of year where we all need a little rest and repair to our body’s and minds! Time to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and to listen to our needs.
I love sharing a yoga and sound practice at this time of year and really hope you can join me. The singing bowls work so deeply even in a group setting … and I have more to add this year!
We will start with a gentle settling practice that includes breathwork. This will be followed by a physical yoga practice of postures that low us to gently work through the body and main joints…reminding them to open with love and ease. And to rest when needed. Afternoon a short tea break with nourishing energy balls…and probably cake 😂…we will continue with some mudra practice that helps us to reconnect with our true self; a yoga nidra where the Tibetan singing Bowls will shine; and we will finish with a gentle mantra 🕉️
