Through my own healing, I discovered that transformation doesn’t come from becoming someone new, but from gently returning to who we have always been beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation and survival.My path has taken me across the world in search of deeper understanding. I have sat in ceremony with mentors in the jungles of Brazil and Costa Rica, learnt alongside Indigenous communities in the rainforest, and been deeply inspired by the women who have devoted their lives to holding sacred spaces and preserving these traditions. This foundation is complemented by training in trauma-informed facilitation, Priestess of the Rose, embodied Tantra and sovereignty, allowing me to hold spaces that honour both the nervous system and the sacred.I don’t believe my role is to heal anyone or tell them who they are. Instead, I create compassionate, grounded and intentional spaces where women and womb holders can reconnect with themselves through ceremony, embodiment, meditation, breath, ritual and authentic expression. Spaces where every emotion is welcome, where nothing needs fixing, and where you are free to meet yourself exactly as you are.I believe our bodies carry extraordinary wisdom. I believe our emotions are messengers rather than problems to solve. Most of all, I believe that when women reclaim themselves, trust their inner knowing and live from a place of sovereignty, they create ripples that extend far beyond themselves.It is an honour to hold these spaces. Every Moonborne gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, remember and come home to yourself."
