Running through parks boosts both physical and mental well-being! Fresh air improves lung health, greenery reduces stress, and nature enhances mood. Plus, our parks support biodiversity, making exercise a truly refreshing experience!

Meeting King George V Car park ready to start running / walking at 7.10pm.  The run will be led by a lead runner who will mark the route with blobs of flour as they run so you can run at your own speed.

The run will be through parks and some side roads.   The route will not have marshals.

The Mickleover Hash House Harriers (Mickleover H3) are a relaxed group of runners who enjoy a run and a pub.   They will be making their way to the The White Swan, Shepherd Street at the end of the run, where you are welcome to join them

Under 16's will need to be accompanied by an adult.
