Men on Mats - March

Join us for Men on Mats, a unique wellness experience designed to help men move, connect and thrive. This Sport England X The Manasi Foundation initiative brings together expert instructors and a safe community space for physical activity, mental wellbeing, and brotherhood.

What's included:

• Circuits, Pilates and Yoga workshops
• Guest instuctors sharing movement & wellness tips
• Challenges & games to build connection
• A supportive, judgement-free environment

The event is open to men of all abilities, whether you're a beginner or advanced, there's something for you.
