- **Event Description**: A Holy Fire® Experience is a a type of guided meditation that leads you through a powerful healing journey. Each experience is unique to the individual and activates higher states of consciousness. You may have visual experiences or feel energy flowing in and around you, or it could be that the whole experience takes place in the unconscious mind while you enjoy a state of calm & peace. Regardless of how you sense the energy, it creates a receptive state within which it is easier to receive guidance and insight about your situation in life. It helps you see unwanted energy patterns, remove energy blockages, and works on multiple levels within your energy field. Bring with you an intent to heal something in your life or to empower a goal. You can write it down on a piece of paper and it is not necessary to share if you don’t feel like it. These experiences can stimulate deep healing, so be prepared for that possibility. It is also advisable to set aside a few hours to ground and integrate afterwards and ideally a fairly free day to follow for the most fulfilling experience.
