Derby Public Schools Board of Education Candidate Forum, Hosted by DNEA

Save the Date! Board of Education Candidate Forum, Monday, September 15, from 6:30-8PM

Derby Public Schools has three positions open on the Board of Education in the November 4, 2025 election. Derby National Education Association (DNEA) is hosting a Board Candidate Forum as an opportunity for the community to learn more about each candidate’s perspectives and priorities. The forum will take place on Monday, September 15, from 6:30-8PM, at the Derby Public Schools Administrative Center at 1550 E. Walnut Grove.

All registered candidates have been invited to participate in this question-and-answer session. If you would like to submit a question for the board candidate forum facilitator, please submit by September 12: https://bit.ly/4fNefUA. The forum will be facilitated by Andy McFayden, Executive Director of Strategic Communications at WSU Tech.
