- **Event Description**: What better way could there be to celebrate Anthony’s life than to go for a bike ride, especially on some of the gravel roads that were part of the Dirty 40. “A Ride for Anthony” will take place the morning of June 27th. This is not a race but an informal tour with friends and family who want to gather, share and celebrate all that Anthony meant to each of us. We will meet at the North Country Union Junior High School in Derby to ride at 9:00am. There will be a 15 mile ride with about 1,000’ of climbing and a 27 mile ride with about 2,000’ of climbing. Yellow ribbons will be available to write your memories of Anthony to carry with you on your ride. At the gathering and celebration at the Top of the World there will be a clothesline to tie your ribbon onto to share with Anthony’s family.
