Team Composition Requirement:
- 1075 Team Average Cap
- Must have at least 1 female AND 1 bowler over the age of 40
- Lineups set based on average (lowest average bowls first, highest average bowls 5th)
- Only one PBA member per team
- Anyone without an average will use 240
