About the Event
We’re taking what we learned from our last tournament and leveling up — bigger payouts, more perks, and more opportunities for veterans to get on the water!
The first 14 registered teams will get FREE tickets to the Breakfast with the Birds all-you-can-eat fundraiser hosted by Friends of Hardy Lake at the South Shelter House (8:00 AM – 10:30 AM). 🥞🦅
American Legion Post 234 – Scottsburg, IN will also be providing dinner for all participants after the tournament during weigh-ins. 🍽️

Veterans entering with their own boat and team fish for just $35 — our way of saying thank you for your service.

We’re calling on sponsors, donors, and supporters to step up and sponsor a veteran boat for just $75. This covers their full team entry and pairs them with a volunteer boater for the day.

We’re Also Accepting In-Kind Donations
We’re always collecting fishing gear — old rods, reels, tackle, tackle boxes, etc. — to help give veterans more opportunities to fish at our events. If it’s sitting in your garage, it could be in a veteran’s hands making memories.
