Enjoy serenity this Dol and Holi! Madhupur and Simultala are considered to be health resorts where the scenic natural beauty, calmness & peaceful environment prevail. Our tour will cover the local sights of Madhupur and one whole day visiting Simultala (if road conditions allow).
TRANSPORTATION:
1. Boarding 12303 Poorva Express from Howrah on March 2. ETD 8am. ETA Madhupur 11:44am. 3AC.
2. Toto for Station to Guest house and back for transfers
3. Toto for local sight seeing in Madhupur
4. Reserved vehicle for visiting Simultala
5. Return boarding 12304 Poorva Express from Madhupur. ETD 12:13pm. ETA Howrah 5pm. 3AC.
ACCOMMODATION :
In a Heritage House. There are 3 double rooms, 3 Triple bed rooms and one Family Suite room. All with attached bath with WC and Geyser. The rooms are spread out over first and second floors.
FOOD PLAN : Starting with Lunch on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 3. Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon snacks and Dinner on all days of stay.
INCLUSIONS :
* Accommodation cost for 2 nights 3 days
* Food as per or plan mentioned
* All transfers and sight seeing cost (except Simultala)
* THE BASIC TRAIN RESERVATION CHARGES OF Rs 555/- PER TICKET PER WAY ARE ONLY INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGE
EXCLUSIONS:
* Any beverages, mineral water, soft drinks or any food consumed outside our package
* Any additional usage of vehicle or any other mode of transport other than what is included in package.
* Bonfire and Barbeque charges
* Entry ticket, Any ride charges and camera charges
* Agent and online charges if we are required to do your train tickets
* Car cost to Simultala for sightseeing and back
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IF ROAD CONDITIONS ALLOW US TO GO TO SIMULTAL:A THEN THE CAR COST OF WHOLE DAY TOUR TO SIMULTAL:A WILL BE ADDITIONAL
CHARGES:
1) DOUBLE BED ROOM : Rs 17,550/- per person on double sharing
2) TRIPLE BED ROOM : Rs 17,050/- per person on triple sharing
3) FAMILY SUITE : Rs 17,050/- per person on quadruple sharing
PAYMENT TERMS :
1) 20% on booking
2) Another 30% before 120 days
3) The balance 50% before 60 days
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) 20% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 60 days of the tour.
2) 100% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 0 to 59 days of the day of tour.
