Jigs + Swigs - An Irish Christmas Workout

Join us for an Irish Christmas Workout - Jigs and Swigs style! We'll be at Fort Nonsense Brewing Co on Sunday, December 21 at 11:30 AM. No experience required!

Jigs + Swigs is a cardio workout class to your favorite holiday Irish tunes. It's a social and fitness experience. Our workout portion of the event runs for about 45 minutes, including breakdown of movements, warm up and cool down. Check in will be 20 minutes prior to the event. Wear clothes that are easy to move in and bring a water bottle!

When class is done, stick around and join in the festive fun as we all enjoy a beer in the taproom. Lets step, sweat, and sip our way into the Christmas holiday, or any winter holiday, together!
