This Labor Day, join Yoga Connexus for a virtual circle exploring the yoga concept of Aparigraha in support of Workers Over Billionaires.

Aparigraha, non-hoarding, non-gripping, or release, asks us to reflect on what is enough and how our relationship with resources, wealth, and power affects the larger community. 

Together, we will reflect on labor, wealth, dignity, and collective responsibility through accessible movement, meditation, guided reflection, energy work using the breath, and community conversation. No prior yoga experience is needed. 

Come as you are, and bring your questions about what workers are owed—and what a more equitable distribution of time, resources, power, and care could look like.
