This is a small-group workshop. Limited spots available.About Wuyi Mountain Jin Jun Mei:Jin Jun Mei is a famous modern black tea from Wuyi Mountain, made from tiny spring buds. Although Jin Jun Mei was first developed in 2005, it continues the tradition of Lapsang Souchong, the earliest black tea developed in the Wuyi Mountains during the Ming dynasty.• Dry leaves: Show beautiful gold, brown, and black tones. The brewed tea appears bright golden in the first few infusions, gradually deepening to amber color in later brews.• Aroma: Unfolds gradually—first fresh floral notes like orchids, then sweet fruit notes of longan/lychee, finishing with a warm, lingering honey sweetness.• Mouthfeel: Smooth and silky, with a fresh and mellow sweetness and a sweet aftertaste.• Harvest : Picked only in early spring, around early April near the Qingming season.
