Thesholds: A Daylong Retreat

Thresholds invites you into a more aligned relationship with life’s transitions—both the ones we choose and the ones that choose us. Together, through ceremony, community reflection, meditative journeys, and somatic and creative practices, we will:

• Explore how to flow through change with curiosity and presence, rather than resistance.
• Sense what your heart is ready to surrender and what is calling to be born.
• Honor both personal and collective transitions, knowing we don’t cross these thresholds alone.

This immersive day will be accompanied by gorgeous, LIVE ambient music and nourishing, ritual-infused refreshments from a chef-ceremonialist—all reinforcing our journey with intention and care. By the end of the retreat, you’ll walk away with clarity, a renewed trust in life’s unfolding, and tangible next steps toward meaningful change. This isn’t about forcing transformation—it’s about creating space for it.
