Together, we’ll honor the grief that comes from living a life aligned to what we are told rather than what is in our hearts, our grief we carry around identity. We will invite release of this grief through story telling and support integration through movement and journaling.Our time together will include:Grounding to arrive fully in the bodyStory telling of living a life we’re told rather than needShaking/Dancing/Movement to release griefShifting the narrative of our identities through reflection and community sharingWho it’s for:This circle is for anyone moving through grief of lives or identities lost, time lost living a life for someone else rather than for ourselves.
