Whether your grief is recent or long-held, clear or hard to name, you are welcome here.We’ll then transition into a guided sound meditation featuring a large traditional gong.The gong offers a way of turning inward. Rather than trying to make sense of what we feel, it invites a more direct, embodied experience.
