As women it's common for us to struggle with speaking up and expressing what we need to say.
This session will present some of the reasons why girls/women hesitate, hide or mask what they really want to say and tools to overcome these and confidently use your voice to express yourself authentically!
Participants will learn how important it is to use your voice and say what you need to say; the differences in how men and women communicate and the issues that causes; and the importance of listening and using specific language to effectively communicate.

Through all of this, Susan has learned what it means to be present and authentic in building strong and fulfilling personal and professional relationships. Her passion is to help others discover their inner strength to be authentic and adventurous in their lives, work and relationships. Susan believes your journey should be an adventure, and that shapes how she works with clients, students, companies, and mentees. When she’s not working, she is outdoors running or hiking, exploring new cultures, food and wine through travel, volunteering, or expanding her own personal wellness!
