Nocturne Holiday Sessions: The David Mesquitic Quintet

Over the course of five nights we present a special series of shows celebrating the joy of the season. This series features David Mesquitic and his exceptional quintet as they perform nostalgic arrangements of swinging holiday classics from the 50's, 60's and 70's as well as select songs from Vince Guaraldi's Charlie Brown Christmas . Embrace the magic of the season and join us for this Nocturne holiday tradition now in its 11th year!

David Mesquitic is an award winning composer, pianist and educator. he holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Texas at Austin where he was awarded the 2022 Eleanor Alexander Stripling Award for Excellence in Jazz Studies. Quickly becoming a fixture in the Colorado music scene, David known for his superb musicianship, a deep sense of swing and a truly intimate knowledge of the jazz art form.
