Through the gentle tremors of Tension & Trauma Release (TRE), we invite what has been held and hardened within to begin softening, shaking, and returning to motion.Through this season of transformation we will work with our bodies to allow any supressed or stagnant energies to be expressed, to transform our grief into mourning.
