Unwind, release, and realign as you step into the sacred stillness of the evening. Evening Journey through Sound is a 60-minute immersive sound healing experience designed to help you gently transition from the activity of the day into a place of inner peace, spaciousness, and energetic renewal.

This guided journey weaves together the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments. Each sound is offered with intention, inviting you to soften into presence, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your natural state of balance.T his experience is ideal for grounding, emotional release, and meditative rest, whether you're moving through a challenging week or simply seeking a sacred pause.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. All are welcome, just come as you are and allow the medicine of sound to meet you where you are.

*Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the start of the class as to not distrub the sound journey. There will be no refunds for no-shows or last minute cancellations.
