We will create a safe container to move with intention, both through guided-movement and free expression. Through somatic movement, breath, and expressive dance, we'll use the body's own intelligence to shift out of stress and suppression and into presence and regulation.NATURE SILENT DISCO! We are taking movement outside under the trees in Cheesman Park. Nature has always been one of our greatest nervous system resources and support. Outside, your body gets to remember what it already knows: Movement is natural. Expression is natural.Research shows that even a short time outside in nature, activates the parasympathetic nervous system. The silent disco format adds another layer of freedom: wireless headphones mean you're in your own sonic world, able to fully drop into your own experience without distraction.The music is curated to support nervous system regulation, somatic release, and authentic expression — building gradually, creating space for resourcing, processing, releasing, expressing, and grounding.This class is an invitation to move from the inside out — following sensation, breath, and rhythm as guides back to your own aliveness.
