The only rule? The chonkier, the better.

Join us for a ridiculously fun handbuilding pottery class where you'll sculpt your own delightfully rotund pet or favorite animal out of clay. 

No pottery experience? Perfect. We'll guide you step-by-step through building your masterpiece while you embrace the joy of making something that's intentionally cute, a little goofy, and absolutely full of personality.

Once your sculpture is complete, we'll glaze and fire it, transforming your chonky creation into a keepsake you'll proudly display at home or gift to the animal lover in your life (if you can bear to part with it).

Come laugh and create the cutest little chunk you've ever seen. Because everything is better when it's chonky.

 

Includes 2 hours of hands-on instruction, a 1 lb ball of clay, and use of all tools needed to build, decorate and glaze your pet(s), then firing for the finished project.  You will be able to pick up your finished project(s) in about 3 weeks or less. 1 lb is plenty to create several pets or a pet and a little house.

 

Handbuilding, which includes slab building, pinching, and coiling, is a traditional method of creating with clay in which you use your hands and a variety of tools to form the clay, NOT a pottery wheel.
