To make the most of your experience:

• Bring your own intentions: Take a few moments before the session to reflect on what you want to release from the past year and what you’d like to invite in the new year.
• Bring your comfort items: Yoga mat, small pillow, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
• Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and start relaxed.

I will provide a guided sound bath to help you sink into stillness and focus on your personal intentions, but the intentions themselves are yours to set.
