We will breathe with intention & body awareness to release and awaken our energy channels. You can expect movement, chanting, rhythmic breathing with breath holds, and guided meditation. The breath acts as a bridge between the body and the mind. Join me, Kendall Brajevich, in this wintering breathwork practice.
