Beat the Blues Bash: Celebrating Denver’s Artful Legacy
Shake off the winter blues and join Historic Denver on January 9, 2026, for an elevated cocktail party celebrating art, preservation, and the stories that shape our city. Chaired by renowned art historian, preservationist, and longtime Historic Denver champion Elizabeth Schlosser, the evening also serves as the official launch of her newest book, Denver: The City and Its Art, 1870–1970 – 100 Public Masterpieces.
Sip handcrafted cocktails 375 feet above Denver’s skyline, take in sweeping views, and enjoy thoughtful conversation with fellow supporters. Schlosser’s latest work documents more than a century of Denver’s public art—revealing how creativity, civic pride, and place have shaped the city we know today. As a former Executive Director of Historic Denver and the author of Modern Sculpture in Denver and Modern Clay in Denver, her voice is deeply woven into Denver’s cultural fabric.
