Gym King, in collaboration with British author, ultra marathon athlete, and sea swimmer, Ross Edgley, proudly presents The Stoic Games, a first-of-its-kind athletic and mental challenge.
Built on Stoic principles applied by Ross Edgley during the Icelandic Swim and Great British Swim, the Games are a mindset-driven test of physical and mental resilience, in a 1,000-point challenge spanning seven max-effort disciplines designed to test strength, endurance, composure, and grit.
