This is a free, open-to-the-public ruck designed for anyone who wants to level up their walk, meet great people, and be part of something bigger.

We’ll be using the Ruckaroo app to track everyone’s effort through their Ruck Score — and then turning that effort into impact.

📏 Route Details

We’ll be doing a ~2–3 mile ruck, which typically takes about 45–60 minutes at a comfortable group pace.

You can go lighter, faster, or shorter — this is your ruck.


🎒 What to Bring

* Comfortable walking shoes
* Water
* A backpack (add weight if you want — optional)

Pro tip: Start light if you’re new — even 10–15 lbs makes a big difference.


We’ll meet, move, and finish together.
