We spend all day long in our head analyzing everything. What we really need is to shut our mind off and go inside to find our true answers; Shamanism is the way to do this. You don't have to go to a guru for Spiritual teachings and wisdom. When you go on a Shamanic journey, you can have your own personal teachings and receive direct help from your Helping Spirits. Shamanism will give you all the tools you need to increase your personal power and live a phenomenal life. 

	How would you like to let go of the struggle to lose weight? We'll cover that one, too! During powerful rituals, ceremonies and group processes, you will drop your self-judgments and come to rest in your own radiant essence, which is the key to success for any weight-loss program!

	Would you like to sleep better and stop your monkey mind? Shamanic journeys are deeply relaxing because the beat of the drum brings your brain into a theta state. The more you do journeys the more your brain will get trained to let go and relax. Then it will be so much easier for you to get a good night’s sleep!
