With a strong background in project execution and engineering management, he has led complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving cross-border coordination, high-value contracts, and critical infrastructure delivery. His expertise spans project management, contract and risk management, procurement, and public-private partnerships (PPP), with particular familiarity in the application of FIDIC forms of contract and dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Dendi Adisuryo is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising on high-value energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. He specialises in complex, state-influenced sectors, including public-private partnerships (PPP) and cross-border investments, where legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations intersect.

He advises sponsors, investors, and multinational companies on both transactional and dispute matters, ranging from project structuring and joint ventures to high-stakes disputes involving permit cancellations, project breakdowns, and regulatory challenges. With extensive experience handling multi-million to billion-dollar projects, Dendi is recognised for his ability to align legal strategy with commercial and political realities.

Madeline Kimei is an independent arbitration practitioner, focusing on work as counsel and accepting appointments as arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator. 

Madeline has over 15 years’ experience in domestic and international dispute resolution, having acted for private entities in numerous complex, high-value disputes. 

Her arbitration experience includes all the established arbitral rules, including those of the ICC, LCIA, KIAC, CRCICA, UNCITRAL, TIArb and the 1990 EDF. Her experience covers a broad range of commercial sectors, including mining, sale of goods, insurance, real estate development, banking and financial, construction, telecoms and tax-related disputes. 

She has participated as counsel or tribunal secretary in numerous commercial arbitrations under institutional arbitration rules, as well as in ad hoc proceedings, and has also represented clients in arbitration- related proceedings before the Tanzanian courts. Her work also involves ADR/ODR advisory and training.
