- **Event Description**: Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for a swing dance! Jazztrix Quartet will tantalise you live swing music for your dancing pleasure. If you've never tried swing dancing before, try some small brave steps with a free swing dancing lesson! 

Jazztrix Quartet will feature several special guests, who'll be bravely singing and/or playing some songs with the band. If you'd like to sing or play a swing song or two with the group on the night, please contact David Rastrick.

Jazztrix will feature David Rastrick - trumpets and vocals, Ross Dwyer - guitar, Grant Moulden - upright bass, and Charlie McGhee - drum-set.

This month's swing dance is part of Denmark Art's Brave New Works Festival, with the theme of 'small'. Thus we are playing with our small ensemble, and playing some new songs, and inviting some special guests—including you!—to  bravely join us! We could ask to expect some new songs and surprise, but then they wouldn't be surprises!

Doors open 6 p.m.
Swing dance lesson with Andrew Kowald 6:30 p.m.
Live music 7 to 10 p.m.
