ABOUT HEALING PARTS
These workshops are designed to access and work with the unconscious intra-psychic splits (split of parts of yourself) that have shut down due to trauma, overwhelm, or freeze.
As a "participant", you choose the issue you want to address; it can be anything you want to look at. Then you form a sentence which becomes your intention for what you want to heal (for example), ”I want to look at why my friendships fail or “I want to look at why I struggle with my body ”. Your sentence can be anything, and I will help you to form it.
These parts of ourselves are accessed by the "representatives" in the group, who stand in for parts of you to see and will demonstrate how you felt, helping you understand what you were unable to process, take in, and deal with as a child.
Family entanglements and enmeshment can be exposed, allowing you to see where you may be stuck in your life or where you may be carrying someone else's trauma.
This work is highly effective and enables you to reach places you previously could not access. It is done respectfully and held in a sacred place.
There is only room for 5 processes per day (Participant places) but there is no limit on "Representative" places.
Standing in as a representative is, most of the time, a link to do with you, or your unconscious material, so you will also learn what may be relevant to your own personal growth. What you get chosen to represent as a part of someone else's process is extremely valuable to your own healing experience as well, without the spotlight being on you.
The name of this work is "HEALING PARTS SYSTEMS " and was created by Casey Terry as an accumulation of the many facets of healing she has studied and worked with over 30 years, primarily focused on getting to the core wounding which unconsciously drives so much of your reality.
This space is safe and supportive; there is full acceptance of all vulnerable parts of you that need to be addressed to heal.

With over 30 years of experience in trauma therapy, Casey Terry has trained in-person with some of the world’s leading experts in the field, including Peter Levine, Allan Schore, Pat Ogden, Dr. Aline LaPierre, and Bessel van der Kolk. Casey specialises in body-oriented trauma therapy, seamlessly integrating her background in Chinese Medicine with advanced techniques such as Somatic Experiencing (SEP), Brainspotting (BSP), and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM).
Her expertise encompasses the healing of developmental, neurobiological, attachment, and interpersonal trauma. By fusing Chinese Medicine’s 5 elements and yin-yang principles with the Western biomedical model, she empowers clients to regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Casey is deeply committed to continuous learning, studying globally with leaders in traumatology, epigenetics, and advanced somatic therapies, to ensure you receive the most effective and up-to-date care.
