Elderberry : History, Uses,

This will be in two parts, again due to the different variables related to weather and harvest seasons etc...
Part 1 and Part 2.
There are no prerequisites for part two, in other words they are stand-alone offerings and can be taken separately.
Or certainly if you're interested with in both, you might want to sign up for both at once , as seats are limited to 6 for each.
