Join Loon Echo Land Trust and local physical and occupational therapists for a guided walking series on Lake Region trails. Mobility professionals will share tips on warming up, improving gait, balance, and efficiency, and staying active after surgery.

This series is designed to help participants build confidence and develop trail-walking skills to support recovery after orthopedic procedures.

Walks will take place on smooth gravel trails, with grades of up to 5% in some areas. Participants will have the option to try more challenging terrain or receive guidance on navigating uneven surfaces.
