Get ready for a sweet adventure! Crawford County youth are invited to take part in our 4-H Candy Company workshop on Tuesday, December 16th, from 4:00–7:00 PM at the Crawford County Extension Office.
For just $20, participants will enjoy hands-on learning and take home delicious treats they make themselves. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited—be sure to email kthul321@iastate.edu or call the Crawford County Extension Office 263-4697 by Wednesday, December 10th to reserve your spot!
During this fun and educational workshop, youth will:
? Learn essential food safety skills for preparing food for others
? Create a slogan and logo for their very own candy company
? Explore product cost and pricing to understand how businesses make a profit
?‍? Make tasty candies to sample and take home
