Sheriff Turner is happy to announce the Surry County Sheriff’s Office will hold a firearm safety / concealed weapons classes, on May 14th from 6:15 pm to 8:30 pm at the Surry County Ruritan Club, 2144 Colonial Trl West Dendron, VA 23839-2211

To enroll you must contact the Sheriff’s Office at 757-294-5310 between the hours of 8AM - 5PM.

*** The class will be limited for safety reasons ***

This class will provide you with all the information needed to obtain your concealed weapons permit. The class is limited to the first 30 people with a preference given to Surry County Residents.

Donations: A donation of $10 to go towards our Project Lifesaver Program would be much appreciated. (Check or Money Order)

The project lifesaver's program has helped provide thousands of families peace of mind daily knowing that their loved one has protection and safety in case they wander off.


Also, bring your identification with you to class.


~~No Guns, No Ammo Allowed in Class For Safety Reasons~~
