Get ready to unleash your creativity and kick off the holiday season at The Connection Center’s first Craft Weekend! This two-day event is perfect for makers of all skill levels and offers a mix of community, hands-on classes, and fun fellowship.
What to Expect:
· You will have a 6ft table for you to work on your own crafts
· Opportunities to connect with other crafters, share ideas, and spark your imagination.
· Three exclusive craft workshops (available at an additional cost) taught by talented instructors—perfect for learning new techniques or creating a special keepsake.
· Craft Supply Sale Table – Got craft supplies you want to sell? Put them on the table (marked with your name and price). See something on the table you want to buy? Find the person and pay them directly for the item(s).
· Wild Card Table – Bring any craft items you want to give away and put them on the Wild Card Table! Everyone can take items from the Wild Card Table to use in their crafting during the weekend!
What to Bring:
· Bring all the craft supplies you need to include sewing machines, etc.
· We will have a couple of irons and ironing boards, but if you want to bring your own, it would need to be a mini iron, one that does not use as much electricity as the larger ones.
· We will have a couple of cutting mats for use, but you’ll need to bring your own rotary cutters, etc.
· Ott light (or similar) if you need extra lighting
· A snack for the snack table
Craft Workshops: (Space for workshops is limited)
· Holiday Applique – Saturday morning from 9am to Noon
· A Wonky Christmas Tree (Quilt piecing) – Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm
· TBD – Saturday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm

Sunday, November 16, 2025 Noon - 4:00pm (Finish up project. show and tell, and clean up) ** Please note that due to Calvary Church utilizing The Rec in The Connection Center for their kids, we cannot be in The Connection Center at all until noon. **
