>Zumba Sentao® is a high-intensity fitness class that combines explosive, Latin-inspired dance cardio with strength and resistance training, using a chair as a dance partner. It focuses on defining muscles, improving cardiovascular health, and strengthening the core through chair-based moves like squats, lunges, and abdominal crunches, offering a full-body workout without traditional weights
>STRONG Nation® is a high-intensity, music-led interval training (HIIT) class that combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves. Unlike dance fitness, every squat, lunge, and burpee is synced to custom-designed music to maximize intensity. The workout focuses on total-body toning and endurance. 

Through our Campaign, we raise funds that stay right here in our community, helping provide scholarships for swim lessons, childcare, youth programs, and YMCA memberships so that no one is turned away because of financial barriers.

**We ask participants to bring a $5 donation
*All proceeds benefit our Strong Families Campaign, helping ensure everyone in our community has access to YMCA programs and support.
*Have a friend who isn't a YMCA member? Non-members can join the class for just $5 too.
*Come dance, sweat, and give back to the community with us.
