A Floating Sound Bath & Release Ritual

Join us for a special edition of The Float as we gather beneath a waning crescent moon for an evening of rest, release, and renewal.

Arrival begins at 7:15 PM, giving everyone time to settle in, get comfortable, and prepare for the evening. We’ll begin our opening ritual promptly at 7:30 PM.

We’ll start with a gentle pre-float ritual centered around letting go of what you’ve been carrying. Each participant will be invited to choose a stone and spend a few moments reflecting on a burden, worry, old story, or expectation they are ready to release. Together, we’ll offer those intentions to the water in a simple yet meaningful stone release ceremony before settling into the pool.

Once everyone is comfortably floating, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation designed to help you soften, unwind, and enter the sacred space between what has been and what is becoming. From there, the meditation will flow seamlessly into a floating sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls played by Ashley Bowman and Lisa Valerio.

Throughout the experience, both Ashley and Lisa will be offering Reiki-infused energy work, creating a deeply restorative atmosphere of relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

💦 Please dress accordingly, as you will be in the pool for most of the experience. You’re welcome to bring your own float and towel if you’d like, though floats and towels will be available on-site. Of course, you’re always welcome to get out at any time if you become chilly or simply need a break.

📍 This event will be held at a private residence in Deltona. The address will be provided once payment has been received.
