We arrive Thursday so everyone can enjoy the festival Friday—when it’s least crowded!

Reserve ASAP—this is Cross Rip’s last open weekend of the season and they sell out fast! Spots are still available but won’t last long!

🕑 Check-In/Out:
• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
🛶 Campsites & Rates:
RV Sites:
• $48–$60 per night (Electric & Water)
• Include: Shade, 20/30amp (some 50amp), Dump Station, Picnic Table & Fire Ring
• Max: 6 people per site (Extra $5/person/day over 4)
• Limit: 2 tents OR 1 tent & 1 RV per site
Tents:
• $40/night (no power or with power & water)
Cabins:
• Book through Airbnb (via Cross Rip’s site)
• Prices: $75–$160 per night
• Dog-friendly cabins (no cats or other pets)
• Salty Sisters Studio & The Downeaster only
• $20/dog per stay, max 2 dogs
💰 Cancellation Policy:
• 2+ weeks prior: Full refund
• <2 weeks: 25% kept, 75% refunded
• <24 hours: No refund
🐾 Pets:
• No breed restrictions
• Must be leashed and cleaned up after
• Large open field available for off-leash play
🚫 Rules & Extras:
• No golf carts or jet skis allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No Wi-Fi or cable
🏖 Amenities:
• Restrooms & showers
• Firewood & ice for sale
• Private sandy beach with fire pit
• Fishing pier (VA fishing license required)
• Crabbing, kayaking, canoeing, biking
• Turtle pond with feed (small donation)
• Beach toys available for shared use
• FREE use of kayaks, canoes, and bikes (please return after a few hours)
