As you rest comfortably in the garden, you’ll be guided through an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments along with the existing sounds from around the farm, allowing space for deep rest, reflection, and relaxation.Sound has a really beautiful way of meeting you exactly where you are. Throughout the session, you are invited to gently bring your awareness back to the sounds around you, allowing the vibrations, rhythms, and natural surroundings to support your experience.Come as you are and take some time away from the pace of everyday life to pause, breathe, and simply listen. No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Everyone is welcome!What to Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer. Dress comfortably and bring layers as the temperature may change throughout the evening.This session will take place outdoors in the gardens at Schoolhouse Farm.
