✨️This unique experience will begin with meditative reflection and setting intentions for manifestation (bring your own written ones on a small pc of paper or choose from the ones provided). A special manifestation ritual using the power of crystal singing bowls will amplify intentions by sending them out into the universe.
Next you will be guided through a body scan meditation with light breathwork to help settle the mind & body while slowly leaning into a sound immersion of soothing vibrations from gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums & shakers with ambient nature sounds 🦋
💫You will be invited into a deep state of inner & outer reflection and relaxation, easing tension and stress from your mind & body. 4. Any supportive blocks or cushions you would like
5. Eye covering of your choice
6. Water bottle
7. It is best to dress in layers in case you get warm or cool.
