Our wonderful gardening volunteer - Kathy Baker is leading a TIWLT fundraiser - a kombucha brewing workshop! https://tiwlt.ca/events-page/

In the workshop we will be showing you the various methods of how to brew Kombucha. There will be demonstrations, instructions to take home, and tastings of different Kombucha flavours. 

We will also be providing a live Culture Starter to get you started on brewing at home.
