🌕Join us for a deeply restorative Full Flower Moon Sound Bath, within the 'Autumn Moon Den' for an immersive evening of sound, stillness, and intention under the energy of the May full moon. This moon respresents a time of blossoming, growth, abundance, expansion, emotional release, and stepping into new beginnings. 

During this small group session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation and "bathed" in sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic sound healing instruments. The resonant vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and support emotional release.
This intimate experience is designed to align you with the natural rhythms of the season—inviting you to let go of what no longer serves you and open into clarity, renewal, and personal growth. Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a peaceful reset in alignment with nature's cycles.
