The holidays can be a beautiful season — but they can also be heavy, especially for anyone navigating loss, change, or emotional overwhelm. This special Spill the Tea on Health gathering creates a compassionate space for our community to breathe, connect, and heal together.

Join us for a Holiday Grief Paint & Sip Experience, where creativity meets wellness. This 2.5-hour event blends therapeutic art, mindful conversation, and supportive dialogue to help attendees explore grief, emotional wellness, and grounding practices for the season.
