This is a crash course for new parents who are ready to conquer the wild ride of babyhood!

This workshop will prepare you for right after the midwife waves goodbye or you step through your front door with that precious bundle from the hospital. We're here to guide you through those thrilling, baffling, and sleep-deprived first weeks of parenthood.

We will dive into the nitty-gritty of baby survival. We're talking decoding the mysteries of sleep (or lack thereof), tackling cries that rival a rock concert, mastering the art of feeding acrobatics, conquering bath time shenanigans, and yes, even becoming diaper-changing ninjas.
But that's not all - we will put your mind at ease when you question if those weird things your baby does is normal? You'll be surprised at what's totally within the realm of "baby normalcy.”
