3rd Annual Delray Stories: Fighting for Freedom, Honoring our Veteran Community

Arts Garage wants to tell your story!

If you are a veteran, please send us your written or video submission sharing what your experience was like in the armed forces and what it’s like being a veteran in South Florida. Your submission should be under 5 minutes and based on your life experience. Arts Garage will select up to 10 submissions. We will work with a playwright/director who will use the selected stories to create a staged theatrical production, performed by professional actors on our stage!

Delray Stories: Celebrating our Community Through Theatre is an annual series, each year with a different theme. Your story will be featured in our third annual original production. This year’s theme, Fighting for Freedom, Honoring our Veteran Community, features monologues inspired by the veterans of Delray Beach. Theatre artists will use the selected stories to create a staged theatrical production, performed by professional actors on our stage!
