New Weekly Exercise Class: Strength for Beginners
Come learn and practice strength training fundamentals with fellow Adams Station resident Madison Taggart (certified personal trainer and founder of Strength Agency)!
This class will focus on functional fitness exercises: foundational movements for feeling good in your everyday life, aging gracefully, and counteracting postural issues that can come from modern lifestyle. Come learn the basics of strength training and tap into its countless benefits, including:
- Increased muscle mass and joint stability for healthy aging
- Increased metabolism for improved weight management
- Decreased risk of chronic diseases and chronic pain
- Improved mental health and sleep
Important Notes:
- Please bring your own yoga mat!
- Participants must fill out a waiver - save time by doing it online before you show up!
