It's that time again Ladies and Gentlemen to close out the year at US 13 Dragway in Delmar Delaware with the 4th Annual 1st State No Prep season closer hosted by Poppy, Bink and the 1st State No prep crew ! We will have Small tire, Latemodel, Extreme street, Stick Shift, All motor, Scooters and an all NEW Hard tire class !.
