# Event Details - **Event Name**: RoboChaos 4 - Xmas/Winter in March edition - **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 29 Mar, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sun, 29 Mar, 2026 at 06:00 pm - **Event Description**: Even tho the weather is getting warmer again and we are now in Spring, we are going back a season as we had to postpone previous event. What does this mean? The same as orginally intended make winter/Xmas themed bots or what ever go crazy!!! Even it is now 2026 this event marks also almost the end of the first year of RoboChaos. We are using the big hall this time around and dont worry we will have the right door open this time:P Event details: No sign up fee Spectators welcome for free About the format: Double elimination Full combat No active weapon requirement 2 bots per person About the arena: The RoboChaos arena with OOTA zone Food/Drinks: Coffee/Tea and lemonade and some snacks Lunch: bring something with you Dinner: If its in our budget we will yet again provide dinner (meat/vega/vegan)otherwise bring something with you just in case. Tables/Chairs: bring your own if you can we have 3 folding tables available first come first serve. In some cases we have been able to pull out extra tables/chairs but bring your own to be sure. Extension cords: We do have a box full of those in case you need one but we suggest to bring extra anyways. Schedule: 10:00am : Doors open 10:30-11:00am Tech Check and weigh in 11:00am Round 1 12:00 pm Lunchbreak untill 12:30pm 12:30 -13:30 Round 2 13:30-13:45 Short break 14:00 -18:00 Tournament continues with loser bracket. After the loser bracket is finished there will be room for whiteboard fights and rumbles 18:00 ± Dinner Regarding repair times we do try to give everyone the time they need if we are in a venue with no time pressure but you will be asked twice if your robot is done for the round you're fighting in if its no twice you will be automatically moved to the loser bracket so you can still can rejoin the tournament.
